only found in coastal regions and never in the Andes.

Chilean Flamingos show almost no black at all in their wings and have distinct

Most of these are Andean Flamingos, but there are a couple
of James's Flamingos in the frame too. The Andeans show a huge amount of
black in the folded wing, and have predominantly black bills.

The one in the middle is a James's Flamingo, sometimes called Puna Flamingo. They show only
a little black in the folded wing, and have mostly yellow bills.
